Terms of Service
These terms govern the BlockMe MotherFocus extension and optional cloud features operated by Aperca LLC. By installing or using the extension or cloud service, you agree to these terms. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in local and connected-account modes.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the extension for personal or business productivity.
2. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the extension or service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, upload malicious content, or use the API to violate law or another person’s rights. Nothing in these terms restricts rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.
3. Your data and cloud features
You retain rights in the data you submit. Local extension use stores settings and usage history on your device. If you create an account and enable cloud sync, you grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and back up the data you choose to sync for providing, securing, and maintaining the service. 4. Availability and updates
We may update or discontinue features. The service may be unavailable from time to time, and we may set reasonable limits to protect its reliability and security. We will communicate material changes as required by law.
5. Pricing
All features are currently free. If paid features are introduced, we will present the applicable price and terms before charging you.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The extension and service are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. The extension is a productivity aid and does not guarantee that every site will be blocked or every usage interval measured perfectly.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aperca LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension or service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the extension at any time by removing it. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abuse, security risks, or legal requirements.
