These terms govern your use of BlockMe MotherFocus, provided by Aperça LLC. By using the service, you agree to them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. Keep your credentials and API keys secure, provide accurate information, and notify us of unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, reverse engineer protected components except where law permits, upload malicious content, or use the API to violate law or another person’s rights.

Your data

You retain rights in data you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, and transmit it to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to submit that data.

Availability and changes

Features may change and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may set reasonable limits to protect reliability and security. Material terms changes will be communicated as required by law.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and is a productivity aid, not a guarantee that every site will be blocked or every usage interval measured perfectly. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aperça LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for material breach, abuse, security risk, or legal requirements. Provisions that should survive termination will do so.
